WHAT TO EXPECT FROM AN IN YOUR DREAMS SLEEPOVER?

Our goal is provide you with the hassle free party of your dreams. On the day of our arrival, you will need to clear the party room. Then simply leave the rest to us.

Before your guests arrive, we will deliver, assemble and style your chosen teepee theme, beautifully decorated to perfection with bedding, decor, throw pillows, fairy lights and more. Then we will come back the next day to pack it all up, leaving you with only happy memories to cherish forever.

We will coordinate a tentative delivery time with you prior to your event. We generally allocate least 60-90 minutes for a party set up for 6 - 8 teepees, and 45 - 60 minutes for party break down.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR FULLY INCLUSIVE PARTY IN 4 EASY STEPS

Step 1: Message us for date availability and party consultation by clicking on the “book a consultation” button through the “How to Book” tab.

Step 2: Once we have discussed you party theme and date, wait for deposit request email with your date and time. Confirm and place party deposit to lock in your date.

Step 3: Select party Add-Ons. (Must be done at least 2 weeks prior to the party to ensure availability).

Step 4: Finalize details and make final payment. (Must be done 2 week before your event date).

Sit back and let the party come to you!

HOW MUCH  SPACE DO I NEED?

We recommend a minimum of 3ft x 8ft for each teepee, however; there are options as far as configurations go. See the photos for sizing guidelines and layout options. Please make sure you also account for walking space.

WHAT ARE THE CLEANING PROCEDURES FOR EACH PARTY?

All bedding is laundered after each use, and all hard surfaces are thoroughly wiped down with disinfectant wipes after all parties. While we do provide laundered pillowcases for each party, we do not provide standard bed pillows for sanitary reasons, however, they are available on our Add-Ons page if you wish to purchase.

Sleeping pillows and freshly laundered pillowcases are included with each party. However, if you prefer, brand new pillows and pillowcases are available for purchase.

Coronavirus Update

To advise that every precaution is being taken to ensure your teepee party is risk free. All of our bed linens are machine washed after every sleepover experience. All other fabrics (teepee covers and decorative pillows) are spot cleaned and are treated with a safe, natural, non-toxic, antibacterial solution. All hard surfaces are disinfected. Our set-up team also takes extra precaution to wear a mask and gloves while in your home and setting up.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

All payments are made online. A deposit of $100 is payable at the time of booking to secure your date

1. You will receive an emailed receipt for your deposit from Square.

2. Your booking is secured once you have received that receipt confirmation

3. If you would like to upgrade your party package, you will need to notify us at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

3. An invoice will be sent to you for the final balance (teepee package and any selected add-ons), which is due 2 weeks in advance of the party date.

CAN THESE TEEPEES BE USED FOR OUTSIDE TOO?

Our A-frame teepees are for indoor use only. Any usage of our A-frame teepee outdoors, is strictly prohibited. We do, however, have an outdoor bell tent option that sleeps up to 6 adults or 8 children, as well as a clear bubble tent option for 2.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE  I SHOULD KNOW?

As the party host,  you are responsible for the replacement of any lost or damaged goods, this is including but not limited to; glow stick leakages, slime, candy, colored drinks, vomit, mascara tears, spilled wine, broken hopes and dreams etc.. Messy crafting activities such as painting or pampering activities, ie facials and nail polishing need to be undertaken well away from the teepees please.
